Donation Bound Report

Donation Bound is a proposed initiative to reduce waste at Roger Williams University by addressing the lack of donation options during dorm move-outs. Each spring, reusable items like food, clothes, and furniture are discarded in dumpsters.

As part of this speculative project, we surveyed students, with 90% expressing interest in a donation center. Drawing inspiration from programs at other universities, we suggested two potential solutions: creating a donation center or hosting pop-up donation events. Donation Bound aims to reimagine campus sustainability through reuse and community engagement.
